We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase — a Premium membership — you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

To request a refund, contact us by phone at +49 155 11090108 or via the contact details on the About page, using the email address on your account. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe.

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Cancelling a subscription does not by itself trigger a refund — use the 30-day guarantee above if you also want your payment back.
